SCHOOL LUNCH ORDERS
School online orders choose from a great list of lunch options and pay online – all without the last minute morning hassle.
The Public Place Café, a local based business, is providing and delivering the food using the best quality ingredients. They are very amenable to menu changes and welcome suggestions if you would like to see something new.
· Lunch orders will be available every Thursday
· Orders must be placed by 8am on the day of delivery
To place your order visit http://www.schoollunchonline.com.au/, register your family and then follow the prompts to choose your lunch selection and place your order. You will need to register before you can view the menu as each school has a different menu. It only takes a minute or two to register and is very simple. Simply click on the calendar on any Thursday to view the menu.
Please drive slowly and safely in our car park. If using the drop-off zone in front of the school keep in the left lane. Please note that this is a drop off and pick up zone only - NO PARKING PERMITTED . Please do not park in the disabled parking spaces unless you have the appropriate authority. The right lane gives access to parking and/or leaving the school.
Children leaving school before 3:00pm
If for any reason you need to take your child from the school before 3:00pm please come to the front office and sign your child out or if returning them, sign them back in. This is for safety and security reasons so we know exactly who is on the school grounds.
Classes begin at 9:00am. Students are reminded to see the morning duty teacher if they have a problem before school. Please send your children as close to 9:00am as possible. The school day ends at 3:00pm.
We encourage open communication between families, staff and students. The main forms of communication between school to homes include:
- Formal reporting
- Information nights
- P&C and School Board meetings
- Parent/teacher interviews
- Schools website
- Theodore Primary School Facebook page
- Theodore Primary School weekly newsletter
- Term letters
Contact numbers and addresses need to be kept up to date so that parents/carers can be contacted by staff when required, especially during an emergency. If you require a change to your current contact details please notify the school office.
We encourage the newsletter to be sent electronically. As a result, it is essential that current email addresses are made available to the school office. Please inform the front office of any changes.
Containers for food
Tins (especially lids) and glass containers are dangerous to have in lunch boxes. We encourage you to use plastic containers at all times please.
